Wagon type Faccpp - Chopperdozator

Four-axle hopper wagon for transport of bulk commodities (especially broken stone).

The wagon is equipped with mechanism for controlled discharge of load and for scuff during slow drive. The hopper placed on the spin of wagon frame provides controlled discharge of load by flaps:

• external flaps provide proportioning behind a head of rail into the outer space of superstructure
• internal flaps provide proportioning into the space between rail

Flaps are pneumatically controlled by cylinders and leverage. Flaps are secured in the transport position by arrestment. A frame of dispenser is situated under a hopper, by lifting and lowering of which spreading of load is regulated during a slow drive. The frame is pneumatically controlled by cylinders. Range of height regulation:

• transport position 300 mm above surface of rail
• operating position up to 94 mm below surface of rail

In transport position the frame is secured by protective suspensions. The wagon unloading is controlled from wagon platform using pneumatic valves.
